Jeff has been connected to the Lowcountry since 1979 while vacationing here with his family and is now proud to call it home. Jeff permanently became a resident in 2012 when he and his family made the ultimate decision to move from Dallas, Texas to the area to slow down life and truly enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Born and raised in Florham Park, New Jersey, Jeff’s family moved to Sudbury, Massachusetts during his middle school years. Jeff attended The Rivers School and is still in touch with many of his classmates today. Jeff became “wicked smaarrtt” and started rooting for the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, and New England Patriots.
Jeff received his B.A. in Communications from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. Jeff had a successful career at VMS and worked in Boston, Los Angeles and Dallas offices as a Sales Manager for 22 years. More recently, Jeff continued his sales career with Village Park Homes, selling new homes in planned communities on Hilton Head.
It was in Dallas, where Jeff met and married his significant other, Melanie (an avid UT Longhorn fan). They have been married 26 years and have two wonderful children, Alexandra and Cameron. Alex graduated from the College of Charleston in 2021 with a B.A. in Arts Management. She now lives in Boston and is working towards her Interior Design Certificate at Parsons University. Cameron attends the University of Central Florida where he is pursuing a B.F.A. in Stage Management. He is currently working at Universal Studios in Orlando.
The Wynne family enjoys cooking, watching movies, playing pickleball, and traveling together. In his free time, you can find Jeff participating in all types of sports. From the golf course to the basketball court and now onto the pickleball court, Jeff is either playing, watching, coaching, or talking about sports.
