Joan Weaver

Joan Weaver is just about as local as you get. She has spent over 40 years living in the Lowcountry and selling real estate since 2005.

Joan is very passionate about helping her clients with their real estate search. Over her 19-year career, she has helped over 350+ clients find their piece of paradise in the Lowcountry. Her knowledge of the area, paired with her tenacious personality, means she’s able to go the extra mile!

Deeply connected to the community, Joan’s everyday life is filled with efforts to give back including 19 memorable years volunteering for Meals on Wheels and serving on the local Realtor Outreach Committee.
Not only is Joan a Georgia Alum, but she and her husband, Charlie, also enjoy traveling and spending days out on their boat. They frequently vacation in New Mexico and attend Bulldog football games. And of course, she adores her two pets, Dooley and Mattie.

Her energy for life and expertise in the industry extends across everything she does.
