Howard Cohen, a seasoned real estate broker with over 40 years of experience, was a key player in the Western New York market, earning numerous accolades, including eight consecutive years as ‘Broker of the Year.’ As the owner of his own company for more than half of his career, Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to outstanding customer service. A proud member of various real estate associations, he has consistently received the Realtor Service Award through the Hilton Head Association of Realtors for the past 12 years.

Howard's real estate philosophy is centered on a results-driven approach and unparalleled customer service. His ability to establish lasting relationships with clients, coupled with market expertise and negotiation skills, sets him apart. Lori Cohen, also a licensed Realtor in South Carolina and a native Western New Yorker, brings a unique perspective to the Cohen Team. A former educator with the Beaufort County School District, Lori's goal as a Real Estate Specialist is to share her love and knowledge of Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry.

Lori's educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a Master of Science degree in Communications, complements her role as a Realtor. A member of various real estate associations, Lori is committed to helping families feel connected to their new community. Together with Howard, they have raised three grown children, welcomed two daughters-in-law, and are proud grandparents to a beautiful granddaughter and grandson.
