Lori Cohen

A native Western New Yorker who needed more sun in her life, Lori moved to Hilton Head with her husband Howard (a Broker Associate with Collins Group Realty) and their family 13 years ago. A long-time educator, she taught English in the Beaufort County School District before joining CGR.

Her goal as a Real Estate Specialist is to share her love and knowledge of Hilton Head Island, and the seemingly endless area services and amenities, as a way of helping families transition and feel connected to their new community.

Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and a Master of Science degree in Communications from SUNY College at Brockport (NY). She earned certification in secondary English education from Roberts Wesleyan College (Chili, NY). She is a licensed Realtor in the state of South Carolina, a member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island, and the National Association of Realtors.

She and her husband, Howard (also a Collins Group Real Estate Specialist), have three grown children, two daughters-in-law, and a granddaughter.
