Brandon Stavola
Although having been born and raised in Southern Connecticut, Brandon knew his days up north were numbered when he married his wife, Stefanie, a Lowcountry girl raised on Hilton Head Island. After getting married on the white sand beaches and enjoying numerous vacations, Hilton Head secured his affection. In 2016, they said goodbye to the harsh winters of the Northeast and headed south to the beautiful climate and oak canopies of Sea Pines where they bought their first home.
Brandon’s real estate career includes seven years as a residential appraiser in the waterfront communities of Fairfield County, Connecticut. His appraisal knowledge offers his clients a unique advantage, including understanding market pricing and changes, as well as the nuances of market timing. He was able to put his expertise into practice while purposefully selecting renovation projects to maximize the sale/income potential of their Sea Pines residence. In fact, it was the sale of their Sea Pines home that introduced the Stavolas to Collins Group Realty, having first experienced their industry-leading comprehensive systems, specialists, and team structure as home sellers.
After relocating to South Carolina Brandon and Stefanie have built a successful natural health business with DoTERRA, but Brandon has always felt the pull to return to residential real estate. A true passion of his, utilizing both his love of the Lowcountry and the knowledge he has accumulated throughout his real estate career, he gets great satisfaction in assisting those who would like to call the Lowcountry home.
Brandon, Stefanie, and their three children, Brecken, Ramsey, and Everly Rose, now reside in Rose Dhu Creek, an equestrian community in Bluffton. They love to hike the nearly seven miles of riding/nature trails with their French bulldog, Chowder, and visiting the local Farmer’s Market. When Brandon is not in the office, you are likely to find him grappling on the Jiu-Jitsu mats or coaching his son’s wrestling and soccer teams. And as a former competitive ballroom dancer, he and Stefanie occasionally enjoy a night out together on the dance floor.
