Brandon & Stefanie Stavola

Meet the Stavola Team… a dynamic duo dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services in the Lowcountry. Brandon Stavola, born and raised in Southern Connecticut, found his heart in the Lowcountry when he married his wife, Stefanie, a Hilton Head Island native. After tying the knot on the island's white sand beaches, the Stavola’s decided to make Hilton Head their permanent home in 2016, bidding farewell to the harsh winters of the Northeast and settling in the beautiful climate and oak canopies of Sea Pines.

Brandon’s real estate journey began with seven years as a residential appraiser in the waterfront communities of Fairfield County, Connecticut. His appraisal knowledge offers clients a unique advantage, including understanding market pricing and changes and the nuances of market timing. He was able to put his expertise into practice while selecting renovation projects to maximize the sale/income potential of their Sea Pines residence. It was the sale of their Sea Pines home that introduced the Stavola’s to Collins Group Realty, where they first experienced the industry-leading comprehensive systems, specialists, and team structure as home sellers.

After relocating to South Carolina, Brandon and Stefanie built a successful natural health business with DoTERRA. Brandon, however, has always felt the pull to return to residential real estate, a true passion of his. Utilizing his love of the Lowcountry and the knowledge he accumulated throughout his real estate career, he finds great satisfaction in assisting those who would like to call the Lowcountry home.

Stefanie Stavola has deep roots in the Lowcountry, having spent her formative years growing up on Hilton Head Island. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Stefanie holds a degree in Corporate Communication, complemented by minors in Business and Hospitality & Tourism Management. Her professional journey began in 2005 with a real estate license in Florida, where she honed her negotiation skills as a Master Sales Executive with Marriott Vacation Club.

With a parallel passion for holistic health education spanning over 15 years, Stefanie specializes in integrating wellness with the home environment. When guiding buyers and sellers, she applies her keen eye for healthy living, supported by a proficient team of local home wellness experts. This holistic approach saves clients time and money and enhances the overall value of their real estate transactions.

Stefanie and Brandon, along with their three children, Brecken, Ramsey, and Everly Rose, are in a “Bluffton State of Mind,” enjoying the proximity to the Alljoy Boat Landing on the May River and a short golf cart ride into Old Town. They enjoy the coastal lifestyle, often visiting the Sea Pines Beach Club, biking the Palmetto Bluff trails, and heading over to Daufuski Island for a staycation. Both love working out and are active members of the local CrossFit gym. Brandon coaches his son’s wrestling and Stefanie enjoys the occasional spirited game of pickleball.
