Denise Geiger

As a dedicated real estate professional Denise has specialized in helping clients buy and sell properties in the beautiful Lowcountry since 2020. Her deep knowledge of Bluffton's 55-and-better (Active Adult) communities has been invaluable to her clients.

Originally from Maryland, Denise felt a strong pull towards the southern coast and made the Lowcountry her permanent home in 2019. Having personally navigated both selling and buying real estate, she became a licensed agent to assist clients through this exciting and emotional journey.

Denise's background in interior design, which she practiced while in Maryland, also adds a unique touch to her real estate services, helping clients envision the full potential of their homes. Also, while living in Maryland, Denise lobbied for The Humane Society, and she remains active as an overall advocate for animal well-being.

Denise has been happily married to her best friend, Frank, for 39 years. They have two sons and two grandsons, all of whom enjoy the beach and the laidback Lowcountry lifestyle.
Outside of real estate, Denise loves cooking, entertaining, volunteering for Heroes on Horseback, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her beagle, Cooper. She also remains a loyal fan of her hometown sports teams, the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.
