Tom Bulcock

Raised on a farm in Kansas, Tom learned early the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. At age twelve, his family moved to Sanibel Island, Florida, where he discovered a lifelong passion for golf. After earning his degree in Golf Management, Tom relocated to the Hilton Head–Bluffton area in 1991 and quickly advanced in the golf industry before turning his focus to real estate.

In 1998, Tom launched his real estate career, specializing in golf community properties. His early success included two years at Callawassie Island, where he focused on homesites, resale properties, and new construction, followed by eight years as an on-site sales executive at Southbridge Golf Community in Savannah. Over the course of his career, Tom has closed more than 360 transactions across homes and homesites and has also served for more than seven years as Broker-in-Charge of the Northern Region.

Tom’s deep knowledge of the Lowcountry market, combined with decades of experience, make him a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. Clients value his tenacity, professionalism, and mastery of the real estate process.

When he’s not working with clients, Tom enjoys spending time on the water with his family, navigating the Lowcountry waterways, and competing in local offshore fishing tournaments. He is also committed to conservation and community, serving as an eight-year board member of the Coastal Conservation Association’s Bluffton Chapter, as well as a longtime supporter of local festivals, charities, and professional associations.
