Aimee Brasington
Born and raised in the Carolinas, I spent my early years around Mt. Pleasant and Lake Norman before settling in Bluffton/Hilton Head in 2005, a move that truly reshaped my life. Even after briefly moving back to Mt. Pleasant, I discovered exactly what I needed: home is Bluffton. The small-town charm, friendly faces, and the way neighbors greet one another like old friends… these are the qualities that drew me back forever.
My real estate path began with a national home builder, where I spent 3.5 years mastering every detail of new construction, from foundation to finish. That experience shaped my appreciation for quality, structure, and what it takes to build a home that stands up to both time and lifestyle.
Today, I serve a diverse clientele — first-time buyers, relocating families, vacation-home seekers, investors, and sellers ready for their next chapter. Whether you’re buying or selling, I bring the same commitment - clear communication, deep market knowledge, a hands-on approach, and putting clients at the heart of everything. For sellers, I excel at positioning homes to stand out, attracting motivated buyers, and negotiating with clarity and confidence.
I believe in treating every client like family and many become exactly that. When I’m not working, you’ll find me boating on the water, browsing the Bluffton farmer’s market, or enjoying festivals from Beaufort to Hilton Head. My family makes Bluffton home: my two Malti Poos, Roscoe and Nash, and my son Tysen, now a freshman at Anderson University.
Helping people find — or successfully sell — their place in the Lowcountry isn’t just my career; it’s part of my story. I’d be honored to be part of yours
