Julie’s real estate journey didn’t begin in an office - it started on job sites, in family discussions around investment properties, and during weekend visits with her grandfather, a self-made real estate broker. With family ties in upstate New York and while growing up in California, Julie was immersed early on in a world where hard work, vision, and family values laid the foundation for successful living. That spirit traveled with her, from coast to coast, ultimately guiding her home to Hilton Head Island.

Before joining Collins Group Realty in 2016, Julie sharpened her customer service and hospitality skills in some of the island’s most respected establishments, including CQ’s in Harbour Town and Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Her experience in developer sales and new construction further enriched her understanding of relocation and the home-buying process.

As a licensed South Carolina real estate professional and the Success Manager at CGR, Julie serves as a concierge for buyers from across the country. With a warm, resourceful approach and a deep local and nationwide network, she’s helped families from more than 31 states find their dream home or perfect vacation property, and a sense of belonging, in the Lowcountry.
