Chris LOVES Hilton Head Island…
He has island ties that date back to the 1950s, and the Island became his permanent home over 30 years ago. To this day, Chris remains deeply rooted and invested in Hilton Head Island and the surrounding Lowcountry.
Chris is PASSIONATE about Real Estate…
After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Management with a Real Estate focus, Chris began his professional career in Hilton Head in the late 1990s as a real estate appraiser, eventually transitioning to his current profession, Real Estate Broker. And with more than 25 years in this business, he continues to have incredible success consulting and selling property in the local market.
Collins Group Realty realizes that strategic thinking and compelling marketing are both paramount in the pursuit of exceptional results in this industry, and so Chris joined the group back in 2014 as the Client Market Advisor, expanding his role into the Strategic Advisor position in 2019. Chris is passionate about the outdoors too. Before real estate, Chris held a Master Captain’s license, enjoying a few good years introducing the beauty of the local waters to others. Sailing, boating, roasting oysters by the fire, hiking with his dog, hunting, fishing, golfing, and (yes) pickleball are all on his must-do list! But when asked about what matters most, Chris would say that his life is Christ-centered and that his love for his wife, Wendy, and his three boys is immeasurable!
