Kathy Fotia

Kathy, a distinguished Realtor, has called Hilton Head Island home since 1989. Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, she relocated here after earning her B.S. in Education from Marywood University and M.A. in Education from the University of South Carolina. She dedicated 15 years to educating in the Beaufort County School district before transitioning to a full-time Real Estate Agent.

Since 2004, Kathy has been able to leverage her expertise and local knowledge to help clients navigate the Lowcountry real estate market. With her husband, Jeff, working in home development and renovations, Kathy offers a unique and comprehensive perspective for her clients.
