Kathy Fotia

Born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, Kathy earned a B.S. in Education from Marywood University and a M.A. in Education from The University of South Carolina. She relocated to Hilton Head Island in 1988 and was an educator for the Beaufort County School System. Having partnered with her husband in home development/renovation for 25 years, Kathy decided her passion was in the sales side of the business, prompting her to move into sales full time. Her in-depth knowledge of the demographics, schools, and amenities in the Hilton Head/Bluffton communities are some of her strongest assets when meeting the needs and aspirations of her clients.

Kathy and her husband, Jeff, live in Windmill Harbour with their three children and are an avid boating family with in-depth knowledge of the local waters. The family is very active in local sports as well as community events, deeming Kathy an "insider" for her clients - an invaluable tool when purchasing property in the Lowcountry.
