Happy Fall Season!

We got there quickly this year – it seems everyone agrees that time seems to pass more quickly lately…

Irma’s limited presence in our area early last week was a relief, and the Island was already hopping with golfers, beach-goers, tennis players, etc. by the weekend, which is a great sign of what we hope will be another enjoyable Fall season.

The market figures for 2017 continue to be quite strong with pending sales up 13% over last year, despite a 2% uptick in both average and median sales prices across the board. Inventory is down substantially putting the overall “Month’s Supply of Inventor” at a 20% drop from this time last year.

Our hearts, prayers and thoughts are with those who have suffered great damage from this over-active hurricane season, as I’m sure yours are as well. In light of that, we remain ever grateful for the natural beauty, amazing community, and wonderful people that make up the Lowcountry, making it one of the most special places to live…
