Celebrating Our 200th Home Sale: $15,000 Given to 3 Local Charities

Every year, Collins Group Realty gives back to the community by celebrating a milestone sale with charitable donations. In 2025, we raised the stakes – awarding a total of $15,000 to 3 Lowcountry non-profit organizations. Here’s what you need to know about this year’s event:

  • A total of $15,000 is being donated to local Lowcountry charities
  • Three organizations were chosen by random drawing
  • Each winner will receive a $5,000 cash donation
  • This giving tradition celebrates the closing of our 200th home in 2025

Watch the video above to see the live drawing and the exciting moment the winners were announced. This year’s recipients include Caring Neighbors, a volunteer-driven group helping Bluffton-area residents age in place with confidence and support; Family Promise of Beaufort County, the region’s only shelter program for homeless children and their families, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness; and the Lowcountry Master Gardener Association, an organization that shares knowledge and resources to promote environmentally sound gardening practices and community education throughout the Lowcountry.

Caring Neighbors of Rose Hill

Caring Neighbors is a Bluffton-area non-profit founded by Rose Hill residents to help older adults remain in their homes as they age. The organization provides non-emergency support, services, and resources that promote healthy, meaningful, and independent living. Guided by a strong sense of community and friendship, Caring Neighbors relies on dedicated volunteers who share their time and expertise to make this mission possible.

Family Promise of Beaufort County

Family Promise of Beaufort County is the only shelter program in Beaufort and Jasper counties serving homeless children (18 and under) and their families. Since 2008, they have helped over 1,700 children and parents through three programs: Get on Track (eviction prevention), Shelter (a 90-day program with housing and case management), and Staying on Track (12 months of support for graduates). Their mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by equipping families with resources, skills, and stability, working toward their vision that every child will have a home.

Lowcountry Master Gardener Association

The Lowcountry Master Gardener Association is an active group of Master Gardeners in Beaufort, Jasper and Colleton County, South Carolina, dedicated to educating the citizens of Coastal South Carolina to meet the challenges of gardening in the Lowcountry.

As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we’ll be following up with each of these organizations throughout the year to share how these donations are making a difference in their missions. Stay tuned for future updates as we highlight the meaningful ways these funds are being put to work in our community.
