We are pleased to announce that Aimee Brasington has joined Collins Group Realty as a Lowcountry Real Estate Specialist. Aimee brings a deep-rooted connection to the Carolinas, a strong background in new construction, and a passion for serving both buyers and sellers throughout the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island communities.
Born and raised in the Carolinas, Aimee spent her early years in Mt. Pleasant and Lake Norman before moving to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area in 2005—a decision that she says reshaped her life. A brief return to Mt. Pleasant years later only confirmed what she already knew: Bluffton’s small-town charm, welcoming spirit, and close-knit community make it home. That sense of belonging drives the way she serves her clients today.
Aimee began her real estate career with a national home builder, where she spent three and a half years learning the intricacies of new construction—from foundational details to final finishes. That experience laid the groundwork for her expertise in guiding clients through one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions of their lives. With a 10-year career of serving clients in resale brokerage, Aimee represents a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, military families, vacation-home seekers, investors, and homeowners preparing to sell.
Known for her loyalty, proactive communication, and hands-on approach, Aimee is equally committed to those buying and those selling in the Lowcountry. When representing sellers, she focuses on strategic pricing, thoughtful positioning, and clear, consistent updates throughout the process, all with the goal of creating a smooth experience and strong results.
“Aimee’s deep local roots, new-construction background, and client-first mindset make her a perfect fit for our team,” said Chip Collins, Broker-in-Charge and Founder of Collins Group Realty. “Her genuine care for people and her love for the Lowcountry align beautifully with our mission to deliver extraordinary service in every transaction.”
Outside of real estate, Aimee is an active participant in the Lowcountry lifestyle she helps others discover. She enjoys boating on local waterways, strolling the Bluffton farmers market, and attending festivals from Beaufort to Hilton Head. Her family also calls Bluffton home, including her two Malti Poos, Roscoe and Nash, and her son, Tysen, a proud freshman at Anderson University.
With Aimee’s addition, Collins Group Realty continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s most trusted, community-focused, and accomplished real estate teams.
