Collins Group Realty Welcomes Kristen Parson, Real Estate Specialist

Kristen Parson South Carolina Licensed Real Estate Agent

Collins Group Realty welcomes Kristen Parson, newly licensed Realtor®, to our growing Bluffton Office as a Real Estate Specialist. She will be working closely with clients seeking to purchase real estate throughout Bluffton, Beaufort and the surrounding mainland areas of Beaufort and Jasper Counties.

Kristen joins our Group following 21-years as an educator and 20-years as a military spouse. She earned her BS in Education from the University of Louisville and her Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from American College of Education. Most recently she worked as an educator for Beaufort County School District from 2012 to 2019.

Having experienced the home buying and selling process many times during her husband’s military career, transitioning from the education field to real estate was an easy one.

“Kristen is a natural for outstanding real estate service, and we are so excited to have her join our Team.  She’s exceptionally smart, compassionate, and driven, which is the perfect combination to represent clients in such an important investment and decision in their lives!” Chip Collins, Broker-in-Charge, Owner of Collins Group Realty

Kristen and her family love the Lowcountry so much they decided to settle in Bluffton, SC after many moves throughout their twenty years in the USMC. The Parsons have called Bluffton, SC home since 2012. She, her husband Chris, and their three children currently live in Hampton Lake. Her husband is a pilot for Gulfstream, taking the short drive into Savannah daily.

They enjoy boating on the May River and attending their children’s sporting events. Kristen is a great guide and resource as a wife, mother and professional. She understands what it’s like to move to a new, unknown area and how important it is to find the right home in the right location to suit your needs and wants.
