    Collins Group Realty recently closed on the $920,000 sale of a second row ocean property in premier resort community, Sea Pines Plantation. Sounds like a pretty typical real estate transaction, yet, this isn’t your ordinary homesite.

    The truly special part of this sale is how it was marketed and expeditiously sold in under 90 days.
