Bluffton residents, Ryan and Joanne Williamson, plan to break ground this May on their new restaurant in the Promenade that will truly focus on “farm to table” ingredients. Owners of their own farm in Pritchardville, Ryan and Joanne plan on using their farm to supply the bulk of the food they will serve in the restaurant.
The restaurant, which will be called Farm, will also highlight craft beers from area breweries and distilleries. “We’re not going to use any national food distributors, it’s all sourced locally,” said Williamson.
After almost 10 years of construction, the Promenade continues to develop to near full capacity with only about a dozen lots left to develop.
