    Hilton Head Shamrock 5k Run | March 15 2014

    Bear Foot Sports will be holding their 18th annual Running of the Green at 8am on March 15th. The 5k race will start at New York City Pizza and end at Coligny Plaza. For more info:  bearfootsports.com

    31st Annual Hilton Head Island St. Patrick’s Day Parade | March 16 at 3pm

    A family-oriented parade, the official HHI event is incredibly popular and usually draws in excess of 20,000 spectators.

    Did you know that the second largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the United States is held in Savannah, Georgia? The first parade was held in 1813 and, excepting years when the country has been at war, has been held nearly every year since. 350 different floats, bands and other entries are expected to take part.
