Stefanie brings to Collins Group Realty a wealth of experience and knowledge… A graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Corporate Communication, Stefanie began her professional journey in 2005 with a real estate license in Florida. She honed her negotiation skills as a Master Sales Executive with Marriott Vacation Club before relocating to the Lowcountry in 2016.
With a parallel passion for holistic health education, Stefanie specializes in integrating wellness with the home environment. She applies her keen eye for healthy living when guiding buyers and sellers, supported by a proficient team of local home wellness experts. This holistic approach not only saves clients time and money but also enhances the overall value of their real estate transactions.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Stefanie finds joy in coastal living, frequently visiting the Sea Pines Beach Club, biking the Palmetto Bluff trails, and engaging in spirited games of pickleball. Her diverse experiences are underscored by having resided in eight distinct Lowcountry communities throughout her lifetime.
