Raised on a farm in Kansas, Tom built a foundation of hard work, integrity, and perseverance from an early age. After moving to Sanibel Island, Florida, at the age of twelve, he developed a lifelong passion for golf, an interest that would guide much of his professional journey. In 1991, Tom relocated to the Hilton Head–Bluffton area, where he advanced quickly in the golf industry before shifting his focus to real estate.
Since beginning his real estate career in 1998, Tom has gone on to close more than 360 transactions. He has extensive experience, including on-site roles at communities such as Callawassie Island and Southbridge Golf Community in Savannah, along with seven years serving as Broker-in-Charge of the Northern Region. Clients value his deep knowledge of the Lowcountry market, professionalism, and tireless commitment to helping them navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
Outside of real estate, Tom enjoys spending time with his family on the water, competing in local offshore fishing tournaments, and supporting causes close to his heart. He has served as a board member of the Coastal Conservation Association’s Bluffton Chapter and continues to champion local charities, festivals, and professional organizations.
