Bluffton – The Heart of the Lowcountry

Bluffton, SC a once-small mainland town is one of the fastest-growing towns in America. Although it is right next door, Bluffton is very different from its Hilton Head Island neighbor – bordering the beautiful Colleton and May Rivers, there is a plethora of outdoor activity including gorgeous walks through nature preserves, boating, fishing, marsh exploration and more. Old Town Bluffton features many art galleries, historic churches and museums, as well as exquisite restaurants, and live music. You can’t help but feel the vibe touted as “A Bluffton State of Mind.”
Located in southern Beaufort County, between Savannah, GA, and Beaufort, SC, Bluffton is made up of many diverse neighborhoods. Here is a MAP of Bluffton Neighborhoods. The town is family-friendly with very little crime. A myriad of educational options exist for children or adults with a love of lifelong learning. Both public and private schools are available to young students, and The University of South Carolina – Beaufort, Hilton Head Island Campus and the Technical College of the Lowcountry provide higher education for the area.
