A big hello from HHI!

Wow…it’s been a busy year so far in our real estate market, I’m pleased to say!

After a somewhat quiet holiday (and post-storm) season, the new year has brought an exciting pace of new sales to the market, posting a 23% increase in new sales in Jan-Feb 2017 as compared to the same two months in 2016. Yes…23%!!

With this fantastic improvement in the market, we are seeing some properties sell in under a week and with multiple-bids. So, this puts an added bit of pressure on buyers and agents to watch the inventory sharply and respond quickly to find just the right property…

The Lowcountry looks beautiful as the azaleas are in bloom, the trees are filling in, and the golf courses look pristine.
