Greetings and Happy Spring Break from the Lowcountry!

Things are bustling around here, and just in time as we have an extra hour of sun at the end of the day, which the trees and plants (azaleas are now in bloom) are loving as everything is turning a rich shade of green!

The real estate market is turning a nice shade of green as well, with pending sales noticeably up – and with a double-digit jump in both average and median sales prices, year over year compared to 2017.

The number of new listings is also up compared to this time last year, which is giving some relief to what has been a low-inventory condition is certain segments of the market.
