What Winter?!

It’s mid-February, and the everyone is flocking to the beach to soak in temps steadily in the 70’s….and I don’t hear anyone complaining 🙂

The market’s right there, too, with a VERY HOT (33%) increase in pending sales in the first part of 2017 compared to the year before.

This will help overcome the slight lag in Closed Sales compared to last year, which undoubtedly comes as a direct result of delays, etc associated with the storm in the last quarter of 2016.

There’s an exciting buzz of energy in the air, and it’s bound to be a great Spring ahead…
