And…just like that…it’s Spring in the Lowcountry with blue skies, 80 degrees, and a light dusting of pine pollen :).  So…Happy Spring!

We are pleased to share some equally delightful news about the state of the real estate market here in the new year:

Closed sales are up 23% compared to January 2017!

Average Sales Price is up 9% compared to January 2017!

Days on Market is down over 4% compacted to January 2017!

This momentum is extremely favorable for the market as we expect 2018 to best 2017’s overall performance, and things could get pretty interesting if this year we don’t see quite as many new listings come on the market during the usual “spring rush.”  Stay tuned…
