Summer is in full swing in the Lowcountry. I’m not sure I’ve seen a time when everything was bustling quite the way it is now. It’s a very exciting period of time for our area, and I hope you’re taking part in it…

The market’s doing all the right things still: lower inventory, more pending sales, an increase in the median sales price, and we just saw the year to date figure for sales-price-to-list-price ratio crest 96%!

At CGR we are excited to have closed out $60,000,000 in sales for our clients at the mid-point of the year, which is nicely on track for our goal for 2017. And with the recent addition of another full time staff member as well as two additional agents, we are nearing 25 total members within our “little” boutique firm – hard to believe. In addition to that, we received the exciting news that we have been named the #5 Real Estate Team in South Carolina by Real Trends/Wall Street Journal.
