Meet Jeff and Melanie Wynne, a dynamic team known for their exceptional service, deep local knowledge, and genuine commitment to their clients.

Jeff and Melanie’s connection to the Lowcountry dates back to 1979, when Jeff first began vacationing on Hilton Head Island with his family. Drawn by the area’s natural beauty and relaxed pace of life, they made the decision to relocate permanently from Dallas, Texas in 2012.

Originally from Florham Park, New Jersey, Jeff attended The Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts, and earned his B.A. in Communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He enjoyed a successful 22-year career with Video Monitoring Services, where he served as a Sales Manager in Boston, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

Jeff and Melanie met in Dallas and captivated by the island’s charm, chose Hilton Head Island as the place to begin their life together, marrying here in 1996.

They are proud parents of two accomplished children. Their daughter, Alexandra, graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Arts Management and later earned an Interior Design Certificate from Parsons School of Design. She now works as a Project Designer with S. Wilkins Interior Design. Their son, Cameron, earned his B.F.A. in Stage Management from the University of Central Florida and is currently an Assistant Venue Manager with Universal’s Epic Universe, working on “Le Cirque Arcanus.”

Jeff is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, pickleball, and just about anything sports-related—whether playing, watching, or discussing the latest game. He also values time spent at the beach, walking with their dogs, and traveling with Melanie.

Melanie, a native of Dallas, attended The Greenhill School and earned her B.A. in Special Education from the University of Texas and Master of Education from the University of North Texas. She dedicated over two decades to education, teaching Special Education in the Dallas area for 12 years before continuing her career on Hilton Head Island. She served as a Learning Specialist at Heritage Academy and taught 4th and 5th grades at Hilton Head Preparatory School. After retiring from education in 2022, she transitioned into real estate, where she brings her passion for helping others and her love of the community to every client interaction.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys the beach, wildlife observation, traveling, and volunteering. She also loves foreign films, puzzles, crosswords, pickleball, and spending time with family—and their three rescued dogs. A proud University of Texas alum, she rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Longhorns.
