While the PGA golf tournament might not be for everyone, it’s certainly benefits everyone by putting our island and the surrounding Lowcountry in the national spotlight.

Given how hard everyone has worked to get the entire area looking “normal” again after the October hurricane, it is particularly rewarding and fitting that we are blessed with some of the very finest weather we have ever had during tournament week. 70’s and sunny is simply ideal!

The market is enjoying similarly favorable conditions, including an increased pace of sales, low inventory, and growing demand…
