    March 2018 Hilton Head/Bluffton Market Report

    We are now a week past the exciting finish to the 50th RBC Heritage, which concluded with a 3-hole playoff among two players.  A birdie on the par-3 17th hole lead Satoshi Kodaira to the victory as well as his official entry into the PGA!

    Meanwhile, our real estate market continues to heat up, now to a point where pending sales are up some 20% over last year.  Median and average sales prices are both up nicely, and the new average sales price to list price ratio is now at 96.5%.
