It’s Summer…and that’s pretty hard to believe, I’m sure you likely agree!

Time flies, especially when we are all so busy, it seems…

The market continues to be nicely busy here in the Lowcountry, although we always see a slight lull that occurs as graduation season creates a little distraction from the sale of real estate. Now that most of that is wrapped up, we are starting to see more and more cylinders fire with an increase in showing and sales activity across the board.

2017 YTD is a big improvement over this time in 2016 in nearly every category, and we continue to hear of, and experience ourselves, more and more stories of multiple bidders on properties that sell very quickly once they hit the market.

The Island is back in full swing on the vacation scene, and all in all life is very good!
