Happy Holidays…and here’s to a great 2017!

This year proved to be an important and very welcome year of recovery in our local real estate market, posting positive statistics across the board in all important parameters, such as increased sales, increased closings, enhanced sales prices, etc.

It has indeed been a busy year, and at Collins Group Realty we are proud to have posted a 17% increase in overall business as compared to the prior year. I’m as proud as ever of the agents and staff within the Group that work so diligently, professionally and carefully to manage the needs and goals of each of our clients!

This year also marked some fun events and involvement in the community such as our food and toy drives, participation in the Bluffton Christmas parade, our first annual pie giveaway, and so much more…

All that said, and with a successful year coming to a close, we hope this market update finds you doing well and enjoying a wonderful holiday season!
