Happy Thanksgiving from the CGR crew here in the Lowcountry!

We are certainly thankful for what has been a productive and positive year in real estate…we just crested our last year’s performance numbers, and are projecting to finish around 15% ahead of 2016. We are blessed by having an amazing family of clients!!

Speaking of year over year numbers, it’s not often at all that you would witness an 80%+ jump in any metric…but take a quick look at how October 2017 compares with October 2016, and you’ll see just that! Why?? One word: Matthew 🙂

We are so fortunate to continue to have such a robust and active market despite two storms passing through our area inside of one year, which simply demonstrates the appeal, strength, and momentum of the Lowcountry as a highly-desirable place to live.
