The story of Collins Group Realty begins on the beach in 1972, when Chip Collins, just four years old at the time, first experienced the natural beauty of the Lowcountry during his family’s first vacation to Hilton Head Island. That moment sparked a lifelong connection…. In the mid-90’s, Chip became a full-time Island resident, launched a career in real estate, and went on to become the proud Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Collins Group Realty, founded in 2002 – now backed by decades of experience and deep local roots.
