Happy June!!

Hilton Head/Bluffton has never looked better – both in natural beauty and in market conditions.   The foliage is rich in color due to the ideal mix of rain and sun this Spring, and the market sort of feels the same – it is finally blooming after the right mix of components is coming together.

May can sometimes be a finicky month with so many people being otherwise side-tracked by school graduations, creating a distraction from our marketplace.   But now the first week of the Summer season is in full gear and we are looking forward to a great selling season!

Enjoy the latest data as you observe a continuation of the positive components that are feeding the recovery of our marketplace. AND…keep an eye on interest rates as we expect to see them inch up…  The time is NOW to make a move 🙂
