February 2016 Hilton Head/Bluffton Market Report

As always we are pleased to provide some very detailed information on a month to month basis about what’s happening in our marketplace, with specifics by neighborhood. Looking back on the first month of 2016, it’s pretty exciting to report that compared to January 2015…:

* Pending sales are up 1.6%
* Closed sales are up a whopping 23.3%!!
* The average price of homes sold is up 13.8%
* And, the average time for a home to sell is down almost 10%
