Happy Holidays!
As this is a time for everyone to focus on family more than business, I will be brief in my narrative. November’s stats are generally reflective of what we see this time of year every year – a drop in new listings, pending sales and closed sales across the board. Our marketplace, like many, is subject to distractions, and the holidays certainly qualify. However, that being said, at CGR we are SO CLOSE to reaching our goal of serving 240 client-transactions we can TASTE IT…so November and December have been busy months for us, and we are grateful!
