• Pending sales have progressively increased over the past 3+ years;
• Closes sales, of course, have followed suite and are at a 3-year high;
• Time required to sell property has steadily dropped…now hovering just under 120 days, on average;
• Inventory of homes for sale has plummeted, right along with the Month-Supply Index.
